How long has Curiousfly been in the market?
We are a global company that has specialized in residential home automation for the past decade. We have been involved in projects ranging from 5,000 square feet to 50,000 square feet. We have successfully delivered Villa, Apartment and stand-alone Bungalow projects.
What support can I expect once the platform has been installed?
One of the most important USP's for us is the implementation and support model we have cultivated over the last decade. We have built that trust and relationship with our customers and are well known for this in the market. We provide a minimum of 4 to 6 site visits to guide the electrician when the time is right during implementation. We ensure all the systems are configured accurately and provide thorough testing once the installation is complete. A demo is then provided to the customer so that all features can be explained clearly in terms of how the platform works. Our world-class, unmatched support system is second to none in the market today. Once a customer calls or books a complaint through the app (24x7) the support team does their best to resolve the issue over the phone. If that is not successful, a ticket is raised to the nearest engineer who visits the customers home and usually resolves the issue within a day.
Where we are based/locations and experience centers?
Our design office is in San Jose, California, USA and our Indian offices are in Bangalore and Kochi. The experience center is in Kochi as well.
